Dumpling Making Party with Virginia and Terrie

Join Virginia Ngo and Terrie Mui on a culinary adventure – making and eating delicious Chinese dumplings. 

We will make both a meat dumpling with ground chicken and a vegetable dumpling -- served with a dipping sauce.

Everyone will have the opportunity to learn how to fold the dumplings and we will make them communally before putting them all to cook.  We will have food safe gloves for everyone to wear while making dumplings.  We will also have a Chinese sliced tofu skin salad, tangerines and hot tea. Everything is provided: Ingredients, plates, cups, napkins and utensils. In the unlikely event that there are leftovers, you may want to bring a container.
